 In Level 3, What changes for our Waiheke customers? 

What are our hours during level 3?

Monday - Friday 9am to 4pm

Weekends - 10am to 4pm

Can I enter the store?

No, However we are offering contactless service at our store front in Ostend.

How do I order goodies for my Pet?

You can order online at www.petconnect.nz, Call us on 09-889 0054 OR Visit our store front in Ostend to order. 

Can i Click & Collect my order?

Yes! 

Online - Select Click & Collect as your shipping option, and in your order notes, let us know what time you would like to pick it up.

Phone - Once you have ordered with the team, let us know if you would like to click and collect your order & what time you are planning to pickup.

Can I get my order delivered?

Yes! Order before midday on a weekday for our same day delivery service, in most suburbs of Waiheke. Orders to Orapiu are generally delivered on Wednesday.

Please note: Double check your delivery address on our system before placing your order with us to avoid any delay.

Do you deliver over the weekend?

No, We do not deliver over the Weekend, however If you urgently need something for your furry pal, please call the team on Sunday between 10am - 4pm, and we can organise a same day click & collect for you.
