At Pet Connect, we want you to always get the best price on the products your pets love. We regularly check our pricing across NZ — but if you spot an identical product cheaper elsewhere, we'll match it. Just get in touch and we'll sort it out. We also have our great loyalty programme and you can redeem accumulated points to get a unique discount code for use at check out on your next order. How it works

If you find an identical product currently available for less at an eligible NZ retailer, we'll match that price. You can claim before you order and we'll apply the matched price at checkout, or within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund the difference.

What qualifies

The lower price must be from a registered New Zealand retailer with an active NZ-based store, selling the item as a regular part of their range. The product must be identical — same brand, model, size, and variant — new, and currently in stock at the competitor at its standard retail price. The Price Pledge applies to the product price only and excludes delivery charges. If purchasing online, standard freight costs apply in addition to the matched price. Where a competitor's lower price is only available through an auto-ship or subscription programme, we will match that price provided the customer signs up to our Auto Order programme for the same product.

What doesn't qualify

We're unable to match prices from overseas retailers or international websites, private sellers or Trade Me private listings, or prices that are part of a clearance sale, flash sale, bundle deal, or pricing error. Price Pledge cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers.

How to claim

Email us at info@petconnect.nz with the subject line "Price Pledge Claim" and include the product name and details, the competitor's name, and a link or screenshot of their listing showing the price and stock availability. We'll get back to you within 1 business day. Pre-purchase claims will receive a one-time discount code to use at checkout; post-purchase claims approved within the 7-day window will receive a refund of the price difference to your original payment method.
