How does it all work during level 3?
Courier Delays: Our Courier Partner, NZ Post are experiencing significant volumes of parcels being sent in Auckland and this combined with COVID operating restrictions is causing delivery delays of up to 5 working days. See more
Retail Stores: To keep our team safe during level 3, and to adhere to Covid-19 guidelines, our retail store is closed for walk ins, however you can either call us to do a click & collect OR order online.
Online: We’ll still be operating as normal online at www.petconnnect.nz, packing and distributing your orders all around the country and completing local deliveries.
- Delivery: We will also continue to operate a daily free delivery service with contactless payment options and social distancing on Waiheke to support the community. To order either place an order online through this website, email us at email@example.com or call us on 098890054 and we can assist in generating the order.
