Adaptil Diffuser refill plugs into the Diffuser and is an excellent solution to help your dog feel comforted and secure at home, in situations like staying alone, loud noises, visitors and fears. The Adaptil Diffuser brings you and your dog closer, by creating a reassuring environment at home. Continuous effect, provides constant comfort for your dog. Adaptil is Clinically proven, veterinary used and recommended.

Mother dogs communicate with their puppies through natural chemical signals, or pheromones. These pheromones are scientifically called Dog Appeasing Pheromones. These pheromones are odourless messages and are only perceived by dogs, not cats or people.

Adaptil replicates these pheromones, providing comfort and security to dogs of all ages. This helps dogs and puppies to feel reassured and relaxed in challenging situations, reducing signs of stress and anxiety.

Each Adaptil Refill covers an area of up to 70m² and lasts up to 30 days. Depending on its environmental surrounds, each refill may last between 3-5 weeks.

  Place an order over $79 and we'll send it to you for free! Almost anywhere in NZ, including rural. If you'd like to add a signature to your order you can add this on for $2. Please note, if you are based on Great Barrier Island, and your order cannot fit in a satchel a bulky freight charge may occur.
  
  Orders under $78.99 incur a flat rate shipping cost of $5.90. If you would like to add a signature to your shipping the flat rate shipping cost will be $7.90
  
  If you order before 12pm Monday to Friday your order will be dispatched the same day. We are based on beautiful Waiheke Island, although it's not often our NZ wide customers know this as our delivery times are so fast! If you place your order before 1pm Monday to Friday and are based in Auckland or the North Island delivery is overnight to two working days. South Island and some Rural Addresses over to three working days.
  
  If your order is small and can fit in a satchel and placed before 12pm it will likely reach you overnight on the next working day across the country.
  
  Please note we are currently unable to deliver outside New Zealand. We are also unable to deliver to PO boxes.
  
  Great Barrier Island & Bulky orders under $79.
  
  Bulky orders under $78.99 may incur an additional freight charge of $10. We may contact you before shipping your order to discuss this.
  
  Waiheke Hand Delivery
  
  All Waiheke orders are hand delivered by the team here at Pet Connect and for free, no matter where you live on the island or what you buy. Waiheke orders placed Mon - Fri before 11am will be delivered *same day.
  
  *(Unless anything unforeseen occurred. We're a small team so if one of us is ill we may not be able to complete orders till the following day, this is rare although a possibility.)
  
  Click and Collect (Waiheke customers)
  
  If you have placed your order before 9am Mon- Fri, it will be available for you to pick up from our retail premise. If you placed your order after 9am it will be available to pick up the following business day. This is due to a portion of our stock being stored at another premise. Please provide your contact number and we make contact when your order is ready to collect.
