If your order is over $39, this includes free delivery and free signature shipping! Orders under $38.99 incur a flat rate shipping cost of $4.95 and include free signature shipping. If you live on Waiheke your shipping is free!

As we are based on the beautiful Waiheke Island, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.

Please note we are currently unable to deliver outside New Zealand. We are also unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Click and Collect (Waiheke customers)

Waiheke customers are welcome to collect their order from WISCA (formerly Waiheke SPCA) for a $1 dontation to WISCA. If you wish to take advantage of our Click and Collect service, please select this option at checkout. Your $1 donation is really appreciated.

If you have placed your order before 9pm, it will be available for you to pick up from WISCA the following business day. If you placed your order after 9pm, it will be available to pick up in two business days. Please note the collection time is between 10am-12 midday Monday to Friday, you will be unable to collect your order outside of this time.
